Refund: 14 days from the date received by customer
Exchange or Store Credit: 30 days from the date received by customer
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you with returns and exchanges.
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit please ensure:
- Unworn, unwashed, & undamaged.
- Original packaging & tags attached.
- Receipt or proof of purchase.
- Footwear don’t have scuffed soles. Wear them inside on carpet to ensure proper fit.
Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Exchange or store credit only for sale items within 30 days.
Return freight will be paid by Dixie’s if item is defective or a mistake was made by Dixie’s. Otherwise, return freight cost is the responsibility of the customer. Returns received without a receipt will be returned to the customer. Online purchases may be returned in store for no fee.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
All returned special orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, and no refund will be given for shipping or special handling charges.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Call store for layaway. 50% down, full payment within 3 months. No refunds on layaway items.
